The repetitive work goes to the machine. The decisions stay with your team.
The processes where artificial intelligence does the work, where we would not put it yet, and what we do today for a client.
Four processes where artificial intelligence does the work
Three run today in our own businesses and the fourth is under construction. All four behave the same way when the machine is unsure: it stops and alerts a person.
- Customer service. Phone, WhatsApp, web chat and email, at any hour, with the business's own data in front of it. The product is Recepción24, our AI receptionist.
- Winning customers and following up. Finding the people the company's offer fits, writing to them and keeping the conversation going. A person approves every email before it leaves. This is how ListingOK, our pricing business for short-term rentals, wins its customers.
- Content for the blog and social media. One idea becomes the article, the LinkedIn post, the video script and the Instagram caption, in the brand's style. This is how ListingOK publishes.
- Back-office. Quotes, orders and the check of the files customers send with each order. It is under construction, for a client.
Who watches the machine
The machine needs supervision, like a new employee. We watch what every conversation costs, the errors and the quality of the answers, and we correct the machine when it fails. That work goes on after the first day.
Where we would not put AI yet
Wherever a mistake costs money or reputation and cannot be undone: approving a large refund, giving legal advice, promising a deadline the company then misses. Nor in a delicate conversation, with an angry customer or a sensitive case. Nor in a process the company itself has not worked out: if nobody can explain how it is done, there is nothing to automate.
We always start with high volume and low risk. There the machine gets it right more often than you would expect, and it earns more responsibility afterwards, one step at a time.
Leading a client's digital growth
A company hires us to make its digital side grow, and we run that side as if it were our own. Today we do it for an online print marketplace owned by some twenty printing companies, since August 2026 and under a services contract. It comes down to four jobs, plus a report to the board every month with the online shop's numbers.
Strategy
Deciding what gets sold, to whom and through which channel, and writing it down in a plan that fits on one page. Every month we go through it with management, numbers on the table, and change whatever is not working.
The online shop
It has to sell. The copy, the photos and the price of every product. An order that goes through without friction. And knowing which ad or which search brought every sale.
Winning customers
Bringing in buyers: SEO, Google Ads, email to people who already bought, and Google Business Profile. All of it measured in Google Analytics, so we know what brings sales and what does not.
The day-to-day of the orders
Every order done right and on time: checking what the customer sends, answering quote requests, passing each job to whoever makes it, handling the complaint that arrives by email. This is where most of the repetitive work sits, and the repetitive part is what we automate first.
More detail, by speciality
Each one has its own page:
- AI virtual employees: programs that talk and act, connected to the company's tools.
- Web platforms and mobile apps: the shop, the internal dashboard, the app.
- Automation and scraping: data from public websites and processes that run on their own.
- Integrations and custom software: getting the systems to talk to each other.
- CTO as a Service: the technical decisions, without building a department.
The technology, for those who want to know more, has its own page.
