CTO as a Service
CTO as a Service is a part-time technical director: an experienced person who makes your company’s technical decisions without joining the payroll. It is for the moment, before you reach twenty employees, when the business needs technical decisions that don’t miss, but doesn’t yet need (or can’t afford) a full-time CTO.
